I've been in cosmetology school for almost 3 years but fell a bit behind, so now i'm doing like 6-hour days nonstop for a month to catch up. I'm pretty disappointed in my myself and still have a huge list of practical requirements left... prolly like 50 haircuts, 7 makeup applications and loads more. All my other stuff is done, but i'm really struggling to get through it. Any tips to help me push through?

I have 0 experience with cosmetology school and the requirements, but I've been in several situations where I was overwhelmed and the main thing you'll need to tell yourself is that you haven't failed. Instead you have a great test in frond of you and you'll need to keep your eyes on the price and pull through. Since you have a lot to do, I'd say break everything up in batches and have each one as a separate target. That ways you won't feel like you have a lot to do. Hope this helps!

Thanks, that really does help and i appreciate the encouragement. Breaking it into smaller goals actually sounds doable. Just curious tho, when you've felt overwhelmed before, how did you stay consistent day to day? Any routines or tools that helped keep you on track??
