I've been seeing a lot of buzz around using rosemary oil for hair growth lately, especially in natural haircare circles, and some parties say it helps stimulate the scalp and improve circulation, which could encourage thicker, healthier hair over time, but has there been or is there any solid science behind this or it's mostly anecdotal.
Would love it if I can get the full about this from anyone and if it really legit, how does one use it effectively n all

There's some science behind rosemary oil, small studies suggest it can help hair growth, like minoxidil, you can use it diluted with a carrier oil, massage into scalp, leave 15–30 minutes

Hi there!

I'm curious about the same thing. Not sure if you have the same, but I have early onset Ophiasis Alopecia Areata. I've heard that rosemary oil on its own can damage hair follicles apparently. So I've started mixing it with castor oil before rubbing in, and leaving overnight.

Apparently castor oil is anti inflammatory, so I thought it would be good this auto immune condition. Too early to say of any progress yet as I've only done 2 or 3 times. I've heard if you have hair loss too, that onion juice is supposed to be amazing. I wasn't sure whether to believe it st first, but there's a Dr with a youtube video and all the comments said it really worked. Too early to say for that too just yet. May be worth a try as long as you don't mind smelling like a roast potatoe! 😂

Best of luck!
