Extraction hurts like hell for me. It would be nice to know what you guys think and how you guys get rid of your blackheads. I got an oily skin type and so I'm prone to blackheads and acne.

Non- professional advice:
Try dishwashing detergent, just a drop. It gets rid of oils. Then steam before extraction, it opens pours.

Lastly, because it's not my face I'd risk at least once, trying coconut oil as a finisher (coconut oil actually dries things up a little closing the pours and because it's an oil maybe, just maybe your body won't feel it needs to produce as much.

P.S. while I'm not joking, always take advice from the Internet with a healthy dose of scepticism.

For real, its torture. I got oily skin too, and what kinda helps me is using salicylic acid, clay masks, and sometimes gently removing blackheads after a nice hot shower. Way less painful than squeezing them out every time.

have you try chemical exfoliation? it's for prevention (and gentle loosening), this works for me.

use Salicylic Acid (BHA), which is your best friend for blackheads! It's oil-soluble, so it gets inside the pore to dissolve sebum and dead skin cells.
Look for cleansers, toners, or serums with 1-2% Salicylic Acid. Use it regularly (a few times a week, or daily if your skin tolerates it) to keep pores clear
