Recently i have been feeling my hair a bit dry and dull. I don't know if it's the postpartum moment or something else but i'm trying to find a good shampoo and conditioner to revive it a bit. I also need good ingredients so can anyone tell me what ingredients i should look for? I've never read my shampoo and conditioners ingredients but i feel i should finally start, i don't want to add bad things to my hair.

If you're in it for the long haul, use a hard bar of Castile soap. It'll feel squeaky clean after use and it won't be but 2-3weeks till your hair comes right/your scalp will start to produce the proper oils.
Stay away from anything that starts with poly, dime, cyclop, phenyl.. it's most likely a silicone, filling the gaps/cracks in your hair, to get that smooth feeling. While it's awesome for a quick fix and leaves a silky smooth feeling, it doesn't tell the body to fix it.
Then again you can specifically look for poly in the ingredients now that you know what it does.

Thanks for the tips. I've been trying to find something that could help because the situation is getting problematic for me and I'm willing to work with something as long as it takes, as long as i get results. Any additional tips and recommendations for the Castile soap?

You should look for shampoos and conditioners with nourishing ingredients like argan oil, shea butter, coconut oil, and keratin, dont use those harsh sulfates like sodium lauryl sulfate and silicones that can weigh hair down or dry it out. Also, ingredients like glycerin and panthenol help with moisture retention
