Lip wax redness

Before you tell me it's normal, let me tell you that I know. The problem is that the redness recently began to stay for longer. Previously it was gone in an hour or two, but for the past several waxes it's been around for a few days. I'm doing everything the same and my routine hasn't changed for years. What could be the problem? tnx

Have you double checked if your wax brand or even your other face products have changed their ingredients at all?

Does the redness stay longer than usual? Could be due to a mild reaction to the wax or even changes in your skin like weather, hormones or age. Try applying aloe vera or witch hazel to calm things down!

I've been using the same forever and they haven't changed anything with it.

I'm used to the redness sticking around for a few hours, but it's been staying for a few days, which is too much. Thanks for the aloe vera tip, I'll try it next time.
