More of a question than a comment. I've been white with silver gray since the middle of Covid. I clarify regularly and use purple shampoo. All of a sudden 2wks ago I had yellow, bright yellow no less, streaks in a couple areas of my hair. NOTHING is working. My own hairstylist is utterly stumped and we can't figure out why norhing is helping. I've even stopped shampooing for a few days and only condition to make sure the hair follicle is closed. Still nothing. My hair has been beautiful and I've really embraced it but now it's doing something that we can seem to get rid of and after all the growing pains to let go of color, it's making me rethink coloring again. Hair is uber healthy and soft and there is no buildup. Any thoughts??
